Bed and Breakfast in Dumfries

We are a completely non-smoking Guest House. There is no smoking permitted anywhere inside the building. We have the front garden with benches and ashtrays available for our guests who smoke.

If smoking is discovered in the rooms, guests will be asked to leave and to pay £100 towards complete cleaning & deodourising of the bedroom and the laundering of all curtains and bedspreads
